1 – Before your application

2 – Application
You will be first asked to apply to our school, and then, after a review process, you will receive a link to register definitely.
International applications are welcome.
The school is primarily targeted at doctoral students but master students are welcome. However, the notification of acceptance will be sent in September 2024.
There will be two rounds for applications:
From Mai 15 to June 16 (23:59 Paris time). Notification of acceptance: after July 1.
From June 17 to July 17 (23:59 Paris time).
The second round will be aimed primarily at new doctoral students who will be noticed for their Ph.D. grants in June.
If you are a PhD, you will be asked to provide a CV and a motivation letter to apply.
You will be asked to provide a link to your personal page, if you are an academic.
Our maximum capacity is 100 participants.

3 – Registration
Registration Fees
- Students (PhD students): 100€
- Academics: 250€
- Industry: 500€
Our school is supported by the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, the Université Paris-Saclay, the DATAIA Institute, and Hi!Paris.
The fees will cover lectures, lab sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and one gala dinner.
Please note that accommodation and travel costs are not covered.
You will have the option to pay with a credit card or a ‘bon de commande’.
Note that if you pay with a credit card, you will receive the payment ticket and a payment certificate.
You should pay with a ‘bon de commande’ if you need a bill.
